Jerusalem Rivers was the first Christian Messianic music ministry. Formed in 1981 in a full gospel integrated church in Hackensack, New Jersey. We were given our name, Jerusalem Rivers in a vision during a group prayer, after which our dear brother Reynaldo Epworth painted the vision above. . Since the inception of our group we ministered at virtually every denomination of churches, five different prisons and the streets of New York City. Until 1995 we recorded two gospel albums with a Messianic theme. and performed all over the New York tri-state area.
After1995 we longed for a deeper understanding of the Christian faith. This led us to attend the first meeting of a Messianic congregation in Nanuet, New York. We then began recording Messianic music and learning to sing in Hebrew. In 2005 a birth of deeper Messianic understanding arose among many believers throughout the World. As well as many other believers who have had the same revelation we have returned to the original faith of the apostles, declared the true name of Yehovah our god and follow the Torah and the Messiah Yeshua. We have recorded over ten Messianic albums of original music completely scripture based..
We are Not preachers. We only present the truth of the scriptures in a musical context. We rely on Yehovah to speak to each listener in a special way.. Although our music is on all the streaming services our songs are free to stream on this site. We also offer an easy to understand explanation of what is the plain truth about God, Jesus, Christianity and more. We also have an excellent group of links where you can learn more about the truth that has been hidden for thousands of years.
May Yehovah bless you greatly as you learn more about him and how to have your name written in the book of life. Blessed be Yehovah, King of the Universe who offers us eternal life.
